Terms & Conditions


Effective Immediately     Business Name: Country Charm Floral

Welcome to Country Charm Floral! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept [list payment methods:  e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cash, etc.].
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available to 17701, 17740, 17728, 17754, and 17702.
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 P.M.
  • Deliveries are made during our  business hours: 10 A.M – 7 P.M.
  • We are not responsible for delays  caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or incorrect  delivery details).

3. Substitutions

  • Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers or containers may need to be substituted.
  • We guarantee any substitutions  will be of equal or greater value and maintain the style and color scheme  of your order.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled      delivery or pickup.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

5. Product Care

  • It is the customer’s  responsibility to follow care instructions provided for the flowers and      plants to ensure their longevity.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or issues related to flower or plant care after delivery.
  • In no event shall our liability  exceed the total purchase price of the product in question.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our  website.

 

Return and Refund Policy

 🌸 Refund & Return PolicyAt [Your Flower Shop Name], we take pride in the quality of our floral products and customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:1. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 570-360-3965 or florist@countrycharmfloral.com.
  • Please provide a photo of the item and your order details for our review.
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

2. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns on delivered floral arrangements.
  • Non-perishable items (e.g., vases, gift items) may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase in original packaging.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Orders canceled within 24  hours of scheduled delivery or pickup.
    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
    • Deliveries where the recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery.
    • Flowers that were not cared for according to the care instructions provided.
